1. Open your Eyes with Eyeliner

Eyeliner can open and refresh your eyes, especially if you use the right techniques. It's about placing the eyeliner in the right spots to make your eyes appear visually larger and more radiant.

• Line above the eye: Apply a subtle eyeliner along the upper lash line. For an extra lifting effect, you can slightly pull the eyeliner upward at the outer corner of the eye (the cat-eye technique). This gives your eyes an upward movement and opens your gaze.
• Eyeliner under the eye: Dark eyeliner directly along the lower lash line can make your eyes appear smaller or heavier, especially if you naturally have smaller or deep-set eyes. In that case, it's better to choose a soft line with a lighter pencil, like brown, just under the lash line, for a subtle and lifting effect.

  For a fresh, open look, it's also a nice tip to apply a cream-colored pencil on the lower waterline. This neutralizes redness and makes your eyes appear larger and more rested.

2. Shape Your Eyebrows for a Cheerful Look

Eyebrows play an important role in visually opening your eyes. A well-shaped eyebrow can visually lift your eyes and change the appearance of your face.

• Shape your eyebrows: Start by plucking your eyebrows and shape them into a natural arch. The highest point of your eyebrow should be above your iris, and the outer corner should point slightly upward, towards the temples. This makes your eyebrows visually open your eyes.
