Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are handed over to the postal service the same day.
Delivery time is usually 1 to 2 business days, but may vary due to the postal service and can sometimes be delayed.
You will receive a track & trace link as soon as your package has been shipped so you can track the status yourself.
Sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet! First, check if your package was delivered to your neighbors. Sometimes they accept it for you.
If you can't find it there, it may be that the delivery person scanned it as 'delivered' while it is still on its way. It can take up to two business days before it is actually delivered.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that opened packages and testers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return costs are at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part. In that case, we will gladly resolve it for you.
