Yes, many of our products, especially our foundations and concealers, contain natural ingredients such as zinc oxide and titanium dioxide that provide some sun protection. However, since our products are not officially tested for SPF, we cannot specify the exact level of protection. For optimal sun safety, we recommend using a separate sunscreen under your makeup.

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are committed to makeup that is good for both your skin and the planet. We never test on animals and all ingredients are sourced responsibly. This way, you can look good and feel good!

We recommend our vegan, super-soft professional brushes
that are perfect for applying mineral powder foundation, blush, and eyeshadow.

The right tools really make the

Removing mineral make-up is simple and gentle on your skin. Start with a make-up remover or cleansing oil to dissolve the product. You can also use micellar water or a mild cream cleanser. Then use a gentle facial cleanser to make sure all make-up is removed. Don’t forget to properly hydrate your skin afterwards with a moisturizer! Using a soft cloth or a cotton pad helps to gently remove the make-up without irritating your skin.

Did you not receive the order confirmation? Then check your spam or junk folder, sometimes emails end up there. If you still cannot find the confirmation, don't worry! You can easily log in to your account on our website to view the status of your order. If you are a guest customer, feel free to contact our customer service, we are happy to assist you!

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays, are processed the same or next business day.

After shipping, the delivery time depends on the postal service. Usually, your package is delivered within 1 to 2 business days, but sometimes there may be some delay.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering on time, especially if your makeup is almost finished or you are traveling soon.

Sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet! Fortunately, in most cases it resolves itself, but here are a few things you can check first:

Check with the neighbors to see if the package might have been delivered there. Sometimes it is accepted there.

Still haven't received anything? Then there is a chance that the delivery person has already scanned the package as "delivered," while it is still on the way: the tracking (and/or the app) indicates that the package has been delivered, but in reality it is only actually delivered one or two working days later.

We understand this is confusing, but in almost all cases the package is still delivered, just with some delay. If the delivery then still takes longer than two working days, please feel free to contact us, we are happy to look into it for you!

Yes, of course you may return your purchase. In the Netherlands, you have the right to return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.

Note:
Packages that have already been opened and testers cannot be returned as standard for hygienic reasons.

Return costs are at your own expense, unless there is a mistake on our part, then we will of course gladly resolve it for you.

Testers are available for almost all of our products. If testers are available, you can choose the desired size on the product page itself.

Why testers?

Our testers are there to help you discover the color and texture of our make-up. This way you can easily find your perfect match.

We deliberately keep our testers affordable and accessible. That is why we do not replace or resend them in case of damage during shipping or through use. We also do this for environmental reasons: the value of a tester often does not outweigh the extra materials and transport needed for a replacement shipment.

Of course, we do make an exception if something has gone wrong on our end. Then we will of course provide an appropriate solution.
