Waterproof makeup and Mineralissima: what to know

“Waterproof” and “water-resistant” are specific product claims. A product that wears well during an ordinary day should not automatically be expected to withstand swimming, heavy rain or prolonged contact with water. Check each product page for its own claims and instructions.

Are all Mineralissima products waterproof?

No. Do not assume that mineral makeup is waterproof simply because it is a powder, or that a long-wearing finish means it is water-resistant. Formula and application make a difference, and performance varies from person to person.

How can I keep my makeup looking fresh?

Start with prepared skin, apply foundation in thin layers and let each step settle. If you prefer a more matte finish, a light layer of finishing powder can reduce visible shine. For a touch-up, gently press blotting paper onto oily areas before adding more powder.

What about summer or exercise?

Heat, perspiration and water can change how makeup looks and wears. Use a small amount of product, carry what you need for touch-ups and remove makeup gently afterwards. Follow your usual sun protection routine; makeup without a tested SPF claim is not a substitute for sunscreen.
