When will I receive my make-up – and can I return it?

Everything you want to know about the delivery and return of Mineralissima make-up.

We do our best to make your order process as pleasant and smooth as possible. From carefully packing your products to quickly sending your package; we ensure everything arrives neatly to you. Still, of course, we remain dependent on postal delivery.

And sometimes an order turns out not to be exactly what you expected. No problem: we have a flexible return policy.

On this page, you can read exactly how our delivery times, shipping methods, returns, and the possible cancellation of an order work. This way, you know what to expect and can shop with us with peace of mind.

Our delivery rules at a glance

Do you order on a working day before 3:00 PM? Then your order is usually shipped the same working day.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will (usually) see that immediately in
our webshop. If it is still incorrect, we will contact you.

Small orders are often sent as mailbox packages. Larger packages are sent as regular parcels. During checkout, you will see exactly which
shipping method applies and what the costs are.

Free shipping? That's possible!

  • Within the Netherlands: for orders from €45
  • To Belgium and Germany: from €65
  • To other countries: from €85

Make sure to select the correct country when entering your address. If the country is accidentally chosen incorrectly, we will contact you for the correct shipping costs.

We ship via reliable parties such as PostNL and in some cases with DHL.
During checkout, you will see with which service your package will be sent.

A small sidenote: the delivery method of PostNL can sometimes be a bit confusing. You can read more about this at point 5 below.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation from us by email (just check your SPAM box to be sure). You will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your package via the carrier's email or in your PostNL app.

Have you received a message that your package has been delivered, but you don't see anything? Don't worry, because sometimes the delivery person scans the package while still on the way. Often it still arrives within 1 to 2 working days.

If it has not been delivered after 2 working days, please contact us, and we will look into it with you.

We ship quickly, but delivery is unfortunately not entirely in our hands. Around holidays or during busy periods, the mail may take a little longer than you are used to.

We ask for your understanding. We can only take action after 1 week following shipment in case of delayed delivery. In the meantime: Thank you for your patience!

Change something? Be quick, before your order is already on its way.

Do you want to change or cancel something? Let us know as soon as possible via a message or call us at +31 (0)172 748251.

If the order is already on its way, unfortunately we can no longer make any changes. But don't worry: you can always return it then.

Returns and complaints

How nice that you have chosen natural, vegan make-up. Hopefully you are happy with your order.

Is that not the case? Then you may return your product without giving a reason
as long as it is unopened. Please let us know in advance,
then we will email you the return instructions. Click here for the return form.

Conditions for return

You can return a product if:

  • It is unopened
  • It is a full size product (samples cannot be returned)
  • It was ordered directly from us via the webshop

The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.
Always keep your shipping receipt. Without proof, unfortunately we cannot process a lost return.

What happens next?

As soon as we have received your return, we check whether it
meets the conditions.

Is everything in order? Then you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. Only when returning a whole order will you also get the original
shipping costs refunded. We process returns within 10 days after receipt.

Exchange a product? No problem! This is how it works with us

Here's how it works:

  • Send the original product back to us (follow the return instructions above)
  • Then place a new order yourself via our webshop
